Measure your heart rate manually in a simple and efficient manner with the TTHR (Tap Tap Heart Rate) app. Taking your heart rate, also known as your pulse, involves counting the number of times your heart beats per minute. This app makes the process quick and user-friendly.

Follow these two steps to measure your heart rate using the app:

<ol>
<li>
 Feel the pulse:
 <ul>
 <li>Place your fingers on either your wrist or the side of your neck.</li>
 <li>If feeling at the wrist, lightly press your index and middle fingers on the opposite wrist, just below the base of the thumb.</li>
 <li>If checking at the neck, lightly press the side just below your jawbone.</li>
 </ul>
</li>
<li>
 Count the pulses:
 <ul>
 <li>You have three counting modes to choose from:</li>
 <li>Count 5 pulses</li>
 <li>Count 10 pulses</li>
 <li>Or simply tap after each heartbeat.</li>
 </ul>
</li>
</ol>

No additional devices are necessary to utilize this application. Additionally, by entering your age and gender when measuring your resting heart rate, you can gain insights into your heart condition performance.
